Delivering Unwelcome Information

This course is intended for anyone who is in a leadership position in an organization and who has the authority over a process, product, project, or people. With each of these “leadership” roles comes a responsibility to communicate both good news, as well as bad news. Generally, good news is easier than bad, but is both cases, particularly with unwelcome news, one has to be careful and understand the consequences of delivering the news poorly.
This course is composed of 7 lessons and quizzes. The lessons average 7 minutes, 10 seconds each for a total of 50.15 minutes of presentation time.
