Developing and Maintaining your Credibility
In today’s flatter organizations with fewer management levels and fewer companies that have a command-and-control structure, the ability to persuade and influence peers and other professionals is a major factor for your success. Persuasion convinces others to be committed to what you want to happen, but only if you develop and maintain credibility—an essential requirement of persuasion. This course will address the necessity of credulity and discuss how to develop and maintain it, as well as how to repair and regain your credibility when things go wrong.
