Personal DISCernment® Inventory (PDI®)

Knowing how people will react and relate to tasks, other people, and circumstances is of immeasurable value as we attempt to work with, serve, influence and communicate with each other. In other words, the more we know about ourselves and about others, the better we can work with and relate to other people.

How to get your own Personal DISCernment Inventory (PDI) assessment

The Personal DISCernment® Inventory (PDI®) helps us understand how and why people are likely to behave in one way or another. We work with Triaxia Partners® to provide you with an online PDI assessment. You can use this assessment on its own or with our other assessments, the EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) or the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®).

Here is how to access your Personal DISCernment Inventory (PDI) for your own use.
